You have complete freedom to choose whether you'd like to be present during the cleaning. If you prefer not to be home, simply leave a key for us, and we'll handle everything with care and professionalism.
What Is Your Satisfaction Guarantee?
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We promise to re-evaluate and do everything within our power to meet your expectations, provided we are given at least 72 hours' notice should a return visit be necessary.
Are You Insured and Do Your Cleaners Undergo Background Checks?
Absolutely, we are fully insured, and we can provide proof of insurance upon request. Additionally, all of our cleaners undergo thorough background checks to ensure your peace of mind and the safety of your home.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $70 fee. Cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment incur a 50% cleaning cost fee, and full price is charged for cancellations upon cleaner arrival or in cases of being locked out.
